Philippine Navy User Credentials Leaked

A hacker going by the code name of Pr3-H4ck3r has leaked 50 email addresses,usernames and password of the Philippine Navy user. He added the vulnerability through which he was able to get all the information.Password in the leaked document are encrypted.He also leaked the administrator's credential.
