Accidental Hacker Acquitted By French Court
A bank system in France was accidentally penetrated by a man in 2008.At that time the man was unemployed and he was using Skype to make a premium call for free.
He entered the code '123456'and did not realized that he entered into the dept service of the Bank of France.The man never tried to hide his identity and he added his true address when registering on Skype.
It was only in 2012 that the Police came at his place to arrest him.The police noticed that he had an old computer system and which was too slow to commit such offense.The "hacker" was released due to the absence of mens rea.
